We offer a 30-day return policy on our candles & diffuser's. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in an unused condition. For a store credit, the product can be unwrapped without use. Proof of purchase is required. Returns can be made via post, & the cost will be borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Returns typically take 7 to 10 business days to reach us and will be processed within the same timeframe.

Please choose carefully, due to our hygiene and quality control purposes, we do not accept or process, exchanges or returns, on our Skincare range, if you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong product.

If for some reason your purchase is damaged in transit, we will offer you a full refund, or replacement, provided you send us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging within 7 days of you receiving the order and you return the item within 30 days of purchase.

Please produce your original receipt at the time you return the item, have It in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
